From the Payments
and Pledges overview screen you can Add payments
or Add pledges, or view more data on an item by clicking on
the underlined title.

The Payment
and Pledge Tabs give you longer view of pledges or payments.
This is useful when a record has more payments or pledges than show
on the Payments and Pledges overview screen.
