PLEDGES

Pledge

By adding a pledge record you record a pledge with its amount, duration, number of payments etc.

When a payment on a pledge is received you go back to the pledge and use the “Add a Payment” area, in the lower left, to add the payment on the pledge. This will also add the payment to the payments area and link it through to the pledge so that you can see progress on the pledge.


Adding a pledge requires you pick a “pledge title” from the pull down menu or create a new pledge item title if the one you need is not there.
